Registrations will open at 8:00 AM in the Event Centre Gallery at The Star. To ensure a smooth check-in process, please have your QR code ready on the HX app upon arrival. ​6:45 PM - 7:15 PM TRANSFER TO NETWORKING PARTY THE STAR FOYER

Buses will be departing from The Star Foyer at 6:45 PM to transport attendees to the Networking Party. We encourage all guests to arrive promptly to ensure a smooth and timely departure. The buses will be ready to take you directly to the venue, offering a convenient and hassle-free way to join the evening’s festivities. Don’t miss this opportunity to continue building connections and enjoy a memorable evening with fellow attendees. Please be sure to have your event pass ready for boarding.  
 

7:15 PM - 10:30 PM NETWORKING PARTY TBC

Transfers will be available to take attendees back to The Star from the Networking Party at 10:00 PM. Buses will depart promptly at this time, ensuring a smooth and convenient return for all guests. Whether you’ve spent the evening connecting with new colleagues or simply enjoying the event, these transfers offer a relaxed way to head back to The Star. Be sure to have your event pass ready for boarding, and don’t hesitate to ask event staff for any assistance. We look forward to closing the evening on a high note with a comfortable journey back.
