Break your HX 2026 Conference registration into manageable monthly payments, charged automatically to your credit card. Your payments accumulate toward a Full or Standard Delegate ticket. If your plans change, cancel anytime before 28 February 2026 for a full refund.

• Your first payment is charged when you join

• Recurring payments are deducted on the same date each month

• Final day to join: 30 April 2026

• Register by the 25th of the month to start payments that month

📌 Conference Club FAQs

When will payments be deducted?

• On the day you register, then monthly on that same date.

What happens if my card has insufficient funds?

• The payment will retry in 3 business days. If unsuccessful, your registration will be cancelled and refunded.

What if my card details change or expires?

• Notify us before the 5th of the month to update your details. Cards must expire after 30 April 2026.

Will I be charged any credit card fees?

• Harcourts charges no additional fees, but your bank may apply standard transaction fees.

What’s the deadline to join?

• Conference Club is available until 30 April 2026.

Can I cancel or transfer my registration?

• Yes! Cancel in writing before 28 February 2026 for a full refund. You can also transfer to a colleague.

Do I have to attend the Awards Gala?

• No. If you don’t want to attend, simply choose the Standard Registration.
   

Terms & Conditions

• Applies only to Full or Standard Package registration

• Credit cards must expire after 30 April 2026

• Card payments are automated and monthly; failed payments will retry once
