Beginning with Harcourts as a real estate business owner Irene and husband Mike were the number 1 franchise for New Zealand. Moving to Australia in 1997 the duo began the global expansion of Harcourts and ultimately purchased the company with partner Paul Wright in 2000.
Irene believed a strong focus on growing their people would be their point of difference and has been an integral part of Harcourts Academy for over 25 years introducing successful and diverse programmes in Harcourts training rooms across 10 countries as well as online. As Head of the Academy Irene was the driving force behind becoming a Registered Training Organisation in Australia in 2004 and developing affiliations with industry training providers in New Zealand, South Africa and Indonesia. As Harcourts continues to grow Irene is responsible for the professional development of Harcourts corporate teams, travelling frequently to support our existing operations dotted around the globe. Inducted into the Harcourts Hall of Fame in 2013 for outstanding contribution Irene continues to champion international projects such as Harcourts Inspirational Women, Harcourts Future Leaders and Team culture initiatives. Irene holds a diploma in teaching, a diploma in workplace education and a diploma in business (real estate).

He is a passionate and critical thinker focused on exceptional client experiences through understanding market and business challenges within the property industry and how to align strategy & priorities to help clients optimize and scale their businesses. Josh holds a Bachelor of Property & Sustainable Development from Bond University as well as Graduate Diploma of Management from Australian Institute of Business.
Senior VP & Managing Director, MRI Australia
David Bowie is the Senior Vice President and Executive Managing Director for MRI Software in Asia Pacific. With more than 25 years of experience in the technology space and a focus on enterprise software sales, David is responsible for the company’s strategy in the Asia-Pacific market as well as sales and operational responsibilities in the region.
David holds a Bachelor of Economics (Accounting) from Macquarie University, a Graduate Diploma of Psychology from University of New England and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and an active member of the Rise Initiative Advisory Committee.

Jayne Tomasella is the Business Operations Manager of Harcourts Adlington in Rylstone and Mudgee. Prior to this Jayne had nearly 30 years’ experience in IT, firstly as a Business Analyst and moving into Project Management with a focus on Process and Process improvement and believes that good processes are the key to business success.

Scott McWilliams is one of Townsville's most trusted agents and the recipient of the REIQ 2021 Awards for Excellence, Business Development Manager of the year. Scott works with individuals and investor groups and specialises in assisting buyers agencies.

Star is a solicitor admitted to the Supreme Court of Queensland who practices in dispute resolution and insolvency at Minter Ellison on the Gold Coast. Star assists individuals and international and Gold Coast businesses to resolve their disputes in the most commercial way possible. Star graduated with a Bachelor of Laws with honours from Bond University.
Growing up as a born and bred Gold Coaster, Star wants to see local businesses thrive and the City continue to grow economically. This is Star’s fourth year serving as a Committee Member of the Gold Coast Junior Chamber of Commerce. Star previously held the position of Memberships Director and has long been the first point of contact for all members and is here to help current and new members interact with the Chamber. Star previously served as Vice President and is now excited to continue to serve as the President of the GCJCC.

With almost two decades of industry experience and the driver behind two major whole-of-industry initiatives (negative gearing lobbying campaign during the 2016 Federal Election and 2020 Beyond the Bricks bushfires fundraiser), Lisa is a high-profile industry expert and well-known amongst key real estate leaders.
The visionary behind Ray White’s first ever big brand campaign in 2018 during her time as Head of Marketing (The Great Australian Dream), Lisa worked closely with the Ray White Group in various capacities for almost 20 years, many of which were as a key consultant on pivotal projects and crisis management. Lisa is a strategic leader, professional speaker, trainer, writer and editor, with significant experience in public relations, reputation protection, marketing and promotion and in particular, crisis management.
Head of Legal, Harcourts International
Guy is a highly regarded senior corporate and commercial lawyer with close to 20 years’ experience in the legal industry gained in both top-tier and in-house environments and is currently the Head of Legal for Harcourts International Limited.
Throughout his career, Guy has worked across a variety of complex matters and has experience in negotiating with some of the world’s biggest companies. Guy has been part of the legal team for Australia’s largest multi-brand food franchisor, as well as the Gold Coast 2018 Commonwealth Games where he was instrumental in delivering a number of critical supply and sponsorship agreements across 18 competition venues. In this role, Guy was ultimately responsible for the largest combined sponsorship/supply related agreements in Commonwealth Games history. Guy is extremely valued for his rapport with clients and his ability to understand the ‘bigger picture’ and potential risks in business. As a result, Guy is in a position to achieve the best possible outcomes and contract solutions following his many years of in-house experience.
Guy provides assistance in a very broad variety of areas and has been recognised as the winner of the 2016 LawyersWeekly Corporate Counsel Awards, Sport and Entertainment Team of the Year (as well as 2017 Finalists) and the 2017 LawyersWeekly Australian Law Awards, In-House Team of the Year.
